Rita Wardlaw was born in Toronto, Canada. She earned her Bachelors of Commerce from Ryerson University, and then worked in the areas of Advertising, Finance and currently Alternative Health.

Rita was a stock trader in the investment industry for 8 years when in 1993 she experienced a serious health challenge that caused her to reevaluate her life and its meaning. It was during this time that she made the decision to change careers. She decided to go back to school and study alternative health, an area that had always interested her.

In the year 2000, she attended a talk given by Dr. Eric Pearl and even though she had no plans to study to become a healer, his story intrigued her. That night three significant events occurred that led her back to the seminar. She became utterly fascinated with not only the healing work but all the profound teachings offered during the seminars, her eyes were opened to a whole new reality.

Rita completed all levels of The Reconnection seminars and started up a Reconnective Healing practise. Rita also had the opportunity to work with The Office of The Reconnection for 1 year assisting in the coordination of seminars worldwide. It was a great experience that enabled her to connect with like minded people and be part of the shift in consciousness that is taking place around the globe.

Today, her practise involves Reconnective Healing, The Reconnection, Practitioner Mentoring and a lot of passion.
